Professional enquiries

We save the firm, profession, contact name, email, phone, postcode and message supplied in an enquiry to respond about joining and payment. These enquiries are available only to authorised administrators, are not published, and do not prove an active subscription. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion; records are kept while needed for the enquiry and resulting business relationship, subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Anonymous traffic

We count page views by UTC date, page and referring website domain. We do not store visitor identifiers, IP addresses, analytics cookies or the full referring URL. Repeated page opens can count again. Admin and API pages are excluded. Authorised administrators can see totals and saved enquiry counts.

Administrator sign-in

Administrator access uses ChatGPT sign-in and an approved account list. The account service may use cookies to maintain sign-in. We log administrator access to enquiries for accountability.

Professional map

The map shows nominated professional names and approximate public business postcode locations. It does not identify the people making nominations. See the consumer privacy policy for funeral wishes and other consumer services.
